I'm on a mission.
I want to gain 25poudns by the end of the year.
I started last month, got my 24hr fitness membership
Started 133lbs.
now at 140.
target is 155-165
So far i have gained 7lbs and im looking pretty good and cut'ish?
But im not satisfied. I need some size.
Just some mission for me to feel more comfortable about myself. Yknow a confidence boost.
How bout you guys? What's your short term goals as of right now?

My goal is to get some more strenght on the upper body and back muscles (coz I broke my back and would help me support that broken verterbras)
My goal is 110kg - muscle baby! muscle!
Same here, I need lots of upper body strength. I want to also increase the size of my back.
Had a forced brake from gym for 1 month, Feels bad man. Probably lost about 4 kg, dont dare to weigh myself lol.
Anyway stick to basics when it comes to training, dont follow some "gurus" clever ideas

Man I gotta say that 'cut' or fit is way more appealing and useful than size. You can be just as strong with a lean, cut body as you can with big arms or whatever.
I mean, look at Bruce Lee. That guy was strong as hell but he looked like a skinny kid. You don't have to go that far but somewhere in the middle is perfect. That is where I aim.
I'm on a dieet myself atm :)
But kinda giving up :s barely lost anything in a month.
Have been running 3 times a week and biking every day.

yea its really hard and alot of mental game too
My goal right now is mainly to slim down. But if I gain in the process, not a problem.
